“I had a field day with two others charged and didn’t pump. This company is the only one we will use for the test of our life. The driver wow he had to use the hill to get into our driveway wow I was so impress at his skills. Then they had plenty hoses ! A must just the one that will come here forever. Well the forever never happened. I gave this man $1200 $400 at the time plus tips$ 40.00 well tank acted again. We call never came the truck was broken and broken remains. Never called back never excused himself and not being honest was a total turn off. So got the man from Midelbrooks to please follow my orders on how to back up to it. Well they did and pumped the tank till it hit bottom. Sorry I just thinks he don’t like how far away I am.”

“Great service 1st of all i called several different companys and these guys were the cheapest by far they answered all my questions i had and didnt get rude with me at all unlike another company did by hanging up on me they pumped out both sides and even cleaned the filter i didnt know septic systems even have filters i will always use them for now on thank you guys so much 5 STARS!!!!”
